Provide full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties (E.g. online data submission on MOH systems, new admission assessment, printing, filing of document, health records, accounts related document, other paper work & etc)
Vendor sourcing and procurement
Assist with day-to-day operations of the centre (answering phone calls in the day care, providing daily general office support)
Data entry and implementation of Centre’s digital strategy.
IT support to office, troubleshooting emails, printers; software and network
Minutes taking once a month during Management Committee meetings.
Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
5 years’ administrative experience preferred
Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous and good eye for detail.
Good communication skills and bilingual preferred
Independent, responsible, and team player
Need to be resourceful and seek solutions online or calling helpdesk proactively.
5 days Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (one hour lunch)
