Administrative Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties (E.g. online data submission on MOH systems, new admission assessment, printing, filing of document, health records, accounts related document, other paper work & etc)
  • Vendor sourcing and procurement
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the centre (answering phone calls in the day care, providing daily general office support)
  • Data entry and implementation of Centre’s digital strategy.
  • IT support to office, troubleshooting emails, printers; software and network 
  • Minutes taking once a month during Management Committee meetings.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ administrative experience preferred
  • Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous and good eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills and bilingual preferred
  • Independent, responsible, and team player
  • Need to be resourceful and seek solutions online or calling helpdesk proactively.
  • 5 days Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (one hour lunch)
