Except for the clients with dementia conditions, all other clients are diligent in wearing their masks throughout their stay in the centre. Staff are always around to assist and remind seniors especially seniors with dementia conditions to wear their masks properly. They are aware that they are vulnerable and can be infected with COVID-19 easily if they do not adhere to the COVID-19 rules. As expressed. they have to make changes in life to stay safe and healthy – wear masks, safe distancing, and temperature scanning.

Scan Temperatures and Wash Hands

On arrival at the centre, elderly clients automatically queue along the yellow strips on the floor of the main entrance to wait for their temperatures to be scanned before entering the centre. They remind one another to clean their hands with hand rub on entering the premises and after each activity.

On-Live Programs and Activities

Programs and activities are on-line (virtual) over Zoom and YouTube like Music Therapy, upper body exercises, etc. They enjoyed individual activities like Bingo. They enjoyed small group activities where they are being accorded personal attention by our Care Staff.

Safe Distancing – 1 Metre Apart

Red borders on the floors determine the placement location for each client and bright colored stickers are pasted on tables to keep clients from sitting, for their meals and other activities.

Clients are adept to the measures of COVID-19 restrictions. COVID-19 rules are now routine practices constituting a way of life for seniors in ADRC.
