It is an honour to serve as Chairman of ADRC and to continue the Centre's longstanding commitment to supporting seniors with dignity, compassion, and quality care. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our Immediate Past Chairman, Mr How Kian Soon, and Sister Marjorie Almodiel for their dedicated leadership, which has laid a strong foundation for our continued growth.
Over the past year, ADRC has continued to strengthen both our services and care environment. Our Day Care Centre has evolved into a warm and welcoming space where seniors can feel safe, valued, and at home. We have also enhanced our care capabilities through integrated community care initiatives, new assessment tools, and a fully operational client management system, enabling us to provide more coordinated and person-centred care.
Beyond rehabilitation, we remain committed to enriching the lives of our seniors through festive celebrations, wellness activities, community outings, and meaningful intergenerational programmes made possible by our dedicated volunteers, schools, corporate partners, and community organisations.
This year 2026 also marked an important leadership transition. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sister Marjorie for her remarkable 18 years of service and warmly welcome Ms Amanda Loh as our new Centre Manager. We are confident that her experience and passion will lead ADRC into its next chapter.
None of our achievements would be possible without the unwavering dedication of our staff, Management Committee, volunteers, donors, and partners. Your generosity and commitment enable us to continue making a positive difference in the lives of the seniors we serve.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to enhancing our programmes, strengthening community partnerships, and reaching more seniors and families in need. Together, we will continue building a caring community where every senior can age with purpose, independence, and joy.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
