Art Therapy

Music Therapy

Using music as a tool, it can be particularly beneficial in helping elderly with issues like depression, anxiety, and memory loss, stimulate the brain, and improve physical functioning, mobility and coordination. Music activities like listening, singing and playing instruments can elicit positive emotions and bring back memories.
